Terms of Service

By purchasing or using BSX Tweaks products you agree to these terms.

1. What BSX Tweaks is

BSX Tweaks is a Windows optimization suite (BSX Optimizer, Shotgun Pack, Bloom Reducer and the BSX Control companion). It adjusts Windows settings, drivers and power configuration to improve gaming performance. It is not a cheat, does not inject into games, and does not modify game files.

2. License

Each license key unlocks the purchased product and is bound to one computer (hardware ID / HWID).
Licenses are for personal use, are non-transferable, and may not be resold or shared.
Reinstalling Windows or changing PC? Open a ticket on our Discord for a free HWID reset.
We may revoke a license for abuse, chargeback fraud, resale, or key sharing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use BSX Tweaks lawfully and only on hardware you own or control. You will not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing system.

4. Payment & delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card, BLIK, PayPal, Przelewy24). We never see or store your full card details. After a successful payment your license key and download are delivered instantly by email and shown on your order confirmation page.

5. No warranty & liability

BSX Tweaks is provided "as is". Every change is reversible (restore point + one-click revert), but you use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSX Tweaks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Questions? Reach us on Discord or at support@bsxtweaks.pl. Governed by the laws of Poland / the EU.

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and your rights (GDPR).

Data we collect

Email address — to deliver your license key, installer and order confirmation.
Hardware ID (HWID) — a non-reversible fingerprint of your PC, used only to bind and validate your license.
Order details — product, amount, payment method, order number (for support and your records).
Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, never your card number.

Processors we use

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — sending license/order emails.
Cloudflare — website hosting & delivery.
Discord — optional community & support.

How long & your rights

We keep license and order data for as long as your license is active and as required for accounting. Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — just contact us at support@bsxtweaks.pl. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Digital goods, delivered instantly.

BSX Tweaks products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your prior consent — which you give at checkout by requesting instant delivery of your key.

💙 That said — we want you happy. If your key doesn't work, the product won't apply, or something is genuinely broken and we can't fix it, contact us within 14 days and we'll help or refund you. We're not here to trap anyone.

How to request help or a refund

Open a ticket on our Discord or email support@bsxtweaks.pl with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in license revocation.
